Be sure to have your child’s “state issued” birth certificate number and insurance information handy when registering.
Below is a detailed step by step instructions for On-line registration:
1. Click on link above. 2. Choose Girls, Coed, or U6 Academy. For this example we’re choosing “Coed”. 3. Choose Age Division for 1st player you are registering. For this example we’re choosing “U9 Division”. 4. You are now given a choice to volunteer, tell a friend, or add your choice of age division to cart. Click on “Add to Cart” 5. It will prompt you again to volunteer. Click yes or no. For this example choose “yes” 6. Your cart will now show what you’ve chosen so far. In our cart we have a U9 Coed Division and a Volunteer. At this point, if you have more players to register then click on “continue shopping” and choose those other divisions now. For this example, we only have 1 child so we’re clicking “Checkout” 7. We now must log in or create an account. We’re clicking “Create Account” 8. Type in your email address and create a password and save. 9. Check out Detail: We will now assign a person to our choices. Registrant for U9 Coed Division we will click “new registrant” 10. We now fill in the info for the player and click “create new person” You should now see the newly created person listed in the box under Registrant 1—U9 Coed Division 11. We will now choose a person to volunteer. That will be me so I’m clicking the arrow in the box under Volunteer and choosing my name from the list that drops down. You can also create a new registrant for this choice too. 12. Both categories now say in green letters “Ready to Register” so I’m clicking “Continue Registration” 13. Now enter the questions associated to the player. All required info has an asterisk next to them. Fill in the info and click “continue” 14. You are now prompt to choose the type of volunteering you would like to do. In the box under Volunteer click the arrow and choose from the choices in the drop down list. Click “Continue” 15. Select Guardian: This will be me so I’m selecting the “select existing person” and clicking on my name in the box next to it. Give work phone contact and Click “Save & Continue” 16. Select Additional Guardian: You can now fill out info for a 2nd guardian (ex: spouse). When you’re finished click “Save & Continue” You can also choose “Skip Guardian” if there isn’t a 2nd Guardian. 17. Payment Page: Fill in your billing address for your credit card and complete info for card if paying with a credit card. Click “Charge my Credit Card” If you want to pay with check or cash click “Pay in Person”. Print the receipt. Mail checks to us. If paying with cash, call us at 898-7564. Do not mail cash 18. The next time you register you will only have to log in and choose your age division. The program will remember all of your entered information.
Volunteer Head Coaches will receive a discount for registering your child. Please select the “pay in person” or “pay by check” option and contact us via phone or email. Once we approve your request we will change your fee due. You can, then, log back in and pay for your registration. Only head coaches receive discount and only one discount per coach. |
